Wind Weighted Installer for 30′ Diameter

Description

Installer is a PVC-aluminum pipe device with a handle at each end for carrying and a second handle at the end of a 5-foot-long stainless steel aircraft cable for pulling.  The installer acts as a perfect tarp storage unit.  Two can easily carry the Installer, place it, and roll the Wind Weighted™ Tarp over the mound.  There is no quicker way to install mound, home plate, and bullpen covers!
